Sometimes the essence of a client completely drives the design. Vera's high contrast and subtle luxury is a perfect example of that. Yolanda came to us wanting help finishing the design of her already existing space. The spirit and intense rawness of her services and offerings are a direct reflection of each design decision we made. Natural wood tones, velvety black and white paint and modern aesthetics make this place a complete respite from its busy mission block.

The sun beats hard on this little corner unit and so wood shutters were designed, hand crafted and installed for privacy and to allow the light to dance instead of intrude. Rich denim drapes open up to mossy green service room walls and at each intersection of the elements within the space you feel connected to the earth and the urban environment.
