A true oasis from the bustling Bush street in the tenderloin.
As first time restaurant owners, the family who approached us for Gusto wanted to share their love of Pinsa with San Francisco. The space was extremely small and difficult from a space planning perspective as well as a total puzzle for all the equipment they needed in the kitchen layout. The results were creative solutions like wine glass holders mounted above the tables; inspired from Hannah’s travels in Italy, narrow custom furniture and clean finishes that let the space feel airy and open.
